Manchester City has etched its name into the annals of history. With a commanding 3-1 victory at home against West Ham on Sunday, the club clinched an unprecedented fourth consecutive English Premier League title. This triumph marks their sixth championship in the past seven seasons, a remarkable feat never before achieved.

Despite a stellar season from Arsenal, reminiscent of their famed "Invincibles" campaign of 2003–04, the Gunners (28-5-5) narrowly missed out on the title, finishing just two points adrift in the standings. Arsenal secured a 2-1 victory at home against Everton on Sunday, but it wasn't enough to overhaul Manchester City's lead.

Phil Foden, who was named EPL Player of the Season earlier in the week, opened the scoring for Manchester City (28-7-3) with two goals, finding the net in the 2nd and 18th minutes, respectively. Reflecting on his early strike, Foden remarked, "I believe in scoring a bit too early." He later added, "The second settled us a little bit."

Mohammed Kudus' spectacular bicycle kick for West Ham off a corner in the 42nd minute briefly reignited hope for Arsenal fans, but Manchester City remained resolute.

The game—and the season—was decisively put to rest with Rodri's goal in the 59th minute, sealing Manchester City's status as Premier League champions once again.

Manchester City's triumph secures their eighth EPL title, positioning them second in history, just behind Manchester United's 13 titles.

Additionally, this victory marks Pep Guardiola's 12th league championship in 15 seasons as a manager. His six English top-flight titles rank second all time, trailing only Sir Alex Ferguson's remarkable tally of 13.
